Do I need to clean before you come?

What happens to donations?
We take them off your hands and drop them off for you—or coordinate pickup if needed.
Do I need organizing products for this session?
Nope. We work with what you have. If we think something could help later, we’ll make recommendations.
How does payment work for sessions and packages?
Great question!
For single sessions (like a 5-hour session with one organizer and package pricing), payment is due in full at the time of booking to reserve your spot.
For multi-session projects or any service that includes more than one organizer, a 50% deposit is required to secure your project. The remaining 50% is due at your final session.
I’ll always confirm your payment schedule before we begin—no surprises, no fine print.
